Spring Wish List

By the time spring rolls around each year, I’m sick with cabin fever. I want to open the proverbial shutters, shoo out winter, and stir some new life into my surroundings. So this spring, after Mike and I renewed the lease to stay in our apartment another six months, I want to focus specifically on revamping a bit of my home decor, my wardrobe, and some of my beauty products.

Here are some things I’m eyeing (…and few things I’ve already bought).

What’s on your spring wish list?

  1. We received new bath towels for our wedding and I was so excited to have a coordinating and fresh set! As far as spring wish lists go, we could really use a new couch :)

    • There is just something about new bath towels that feels so luxurious! Even though we don’t *really* need them, I’m pretty sure I’m ordering those new towels. $10! How can I not? :)

  2. Totally feel the same way! I’ve been eyeing up some new pillows for the sofa from Crate and Barrel :)

  3. That painting! I’m keeping that artist on my radar for the day when I buy my first piece of nice art. What a lovely indulgence.

  4. I’ve been eyeing one of those Madewell totes for ages! I have this super funky white one, but it’s not so practical for everyday. I just used a Loft gift card yesterday to buy this sort of funky black pants – they feel like pajamas but are dress pants! It’s a beautiful thing.

    • I asked my mom and dad for the Madewell tote for my birthday in a few weeks, so here’s hoping! I haven’t been to Loft in a hot minute, time to remedy that soon. Dress pants that feel like pajamas! Sold.

  5. I’ve been nesting like crazy now that we have the new apartment ;) Alex is officially moved in, and we’re exactly 2 months away until the wedding!!! I can’t wait to join him in the new digs :)

Loving so much on your wish list!

    • Liz, that is SO exciting! Nesting is one of the best parts about moving in together. You can finally decorate your whole place exactly how you want.

  6. On my spring wish list was a new bike to ride to work and around town… and today I went and bought it! Love the fox ring by the way!

  7. I’m not a huge home decor or fashionista, but I would love to order some new sport jerseys for the seasons ahead :)

  8. Love that throw pillow!! Hmm, on my spring wish list … nail polish in pastel colors, a sundress, and, most of all, no more snow! ;)

    • Shari, I couldn’t agree with you more. It’s hard to remember a time where I actually WORE sun dresses or any dresses without tights for that matter :)

  9. What is it about springs which attracts me to soft girly patterns/colours? The throw pillow is the perfect example! My spring wish list.. well I need (want) some new clothes – shirts mainly – for work. I wanted something in pretty colours (turquoise, coral, green in the same tone as the turquoise/coral – if that makes sense – not really a lime green but sort of)… I went today. Total fail. I think it’s safe to say i will want from a far.

    • I totally know what you mean about the floral patterns and soft feminine hues! That’s exactly what I’m craving right now. Good luck on your shopping hunt!

  10. I have 3 must haves: 1) cute flats/sandals, 2) skirts and 3) dresses. Those shoes are so, so reasonable – love that!!!
